Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note this does not apply to pre-sale orders.
Shipping Method & Timing
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 3–7 business days.
Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other mail carriers, including severe weather, federal holidays, natural events, or other courier interruptions.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
All VHT Glute Band orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes up to $100 of shipping insurance.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. You’ll need your tracking number and order confirmation as proof of value.
Once a package leaves our facility and tracking is issued, we are not responsible for delivery delays, theft, or loss. If USPS confirms delivery, any further issues must be resolved directly with the courier.
Modifying or Canceling Orders
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before confirming.
International Shipping
For orders outside the U.S., customers are responsible for shipping costs, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These vary by country and are not included in shipping estimates.
